section 43a of the bankruptcy ordinance provides that subject to this section,the trustee may by notice in writing claim for the bankrupt's estate any property which has been acquired by,or has devolved upon,the bankrupt since the commencement of the bankruptcy

section 43a of the bankruptcy ordinance provides that "A notice under this section shall not be served in respect of any property falling within section 43

section 43(2) Provides that
(a) such tools,books,vechicles and other items of equipment as are necessary to the bankrupt for use personally by him in his employment,business or vocation
(b) such clothing,bedding,furniture,household equipment and provisions as are necessary for satisfying the basic domestic needs of bankrupt and his family.

in order for us to determine the amount of benefit to be released to bankrupt in accordance to section 43 of the bankruptcy ordinance,we would be grateful if your company could inform us that the total amount of entitlement from the scheme that has been derived solely from employer derived contributions,

破產條例第43A條規定：“本條所指的通知，不得就任何財產屬第43的送達
第43（ 2 ）條規定，
（一）這樣的工具，書籍，駛出的車輛及其他設備項目所必要的破產對個人使用他在他的工作，業務或職業
（ b）有關的服裝，床上用品，家具，家用設備及供應品所必需的滿足破產的國內基本需要和他的家人。
為了讓我們能夠確定的利益被釋放，根據破產條例第43條破產的數量，我們將不勝感激，如果你的公司可以告訴我們，配額從已經完全來源於該計劃的總金額雇主派生貢獻，

第43條 破產人的產業的定義(需交出來還債的資產定義)

(1) 在符合本條及第43A至43E條的規定下，破產人的產業由以下項目組成
(a) 在破產開始時屬於或歸屬破產人的所有財產；及
(b) 憑藉本條例的任何條文而包括在該產業內的或被視為(a)段所指的任何財產。

(2) 第(1)款不適用於
(a) 破產人在其受僱工作、業務或職業中為供其本人使用而必需有的工具、簿冊、車輛及其他設備項目；
(b) 為滿足破產人及其家庭的基本家庭需要而必需有的衣物、寢具、家具、家居設備及供應品。
