這裏很多人關心公積金要唔要上繳(破產令完結後)，因為好多人靠佢養老，
唔想第日既生活重慘過破產果時，唔該要時不時UPDATE下資料，做福人民。

I also wish Jul-2 come up a postive conclusion and the case could sustained after objection.  I also is the one in the company for Osso, I have passed 4 years Bankruptcy, I'm still paying every month for osso pay.  I just wonder if really the Osso need to deduct, after 4 years, it should cut off, right? But we are still keep deducting 5% from Salary after 4 years bankruptcy completed.  Not really understand.   During "the teacher" case happened around one year ago, I also had called to my lawyer (He is the one handle my Bankruptcy), he also wonder the osso from that teacher need to be withdrawn for his debts, but afterwards, I heard that the teacher has doing some illegal things so need to be withdrawn.  Now, I really do not know the actual law of it.  I also quite worried.

如果有公積金當日無扣到，"千萬" 不要主動問個官，點解佢地在破產期內唔扣。

儘量唔好提呢件事，要努力保住份工，要慢慢等，可能等到將來會有轉機都未定，相信我!
