自願性供款mpf,要我簽名同意通知current employer

本人三月頭頒令,月未就收到破處的信,內容如下:
I understand that the bankrupt is a member of the captional MPF Scheme. Please note that the trustee in the bankruptcy may claim for the benefits under the Scheme if there is any payment out of the benefits from the MPF Scheme to the bankrupt during his/her bankruptcy. Should there be any application for payment made by the bankrupt during his/her bankruptcy, please notify me and do not release the payment to the bankrupt without my consent.

上星期收到hkxx mpf公司的信,內容如下:
We are informed by the Official Receiver of your bankrupt and are writing to get your consent to disclose the bankruptcy status to your current employer.

According to the terms of the Scheme. as a consequence of your bankruptcy the accrued benefits derived from your employer ’s voluntary contributions made to the Scheme have been forfeited and are held by the Scheme Trustee, xxxx Provident Fund Trustee(Hong Kong) Limited, upon protective trust. The protective trust provides that upon your termination of employment, the Trustee has discretion to pay or apply your Leaving Service Benefit , or any part of it, to or for the benefit of all or any one ore more of yourself and your Dependants as the Trustee thinks fit.

In order to allow us to advise your employer on the above arrangement, please kindly return the attached consent letter to the following address;
嚇死人,請問各位ching有冇遇到這問題.我不希望被老細知道,况且我的工作是完全和錢沒有關,現在又不是離職,我不回復那封consent letter可以嗎?我不是害怕被扣錢.請指教!

另外問開又問
如果解左老破, 轉工, 要係新公司開新mpf 戶口, 需要法院張解破紙嗎?

根據小弟的個人經歷,老破完左,而搵/轉工及開新mpf,係吾需要解除破產證明書.

有少少野想同大家分享下:

在破產期間, 係可以將自己mpf的累算權益做轉移, 即係好像我咁, 本身有4-5個mpf戶口, 一直都冇乜點理過佢, 之後 (係破產期內) 將所有mpf戶口ge $$ 轉番去同一個戶口方便管理

(咁做其實係有日主任問起我, 究竟我有幾多個mpf戶口?  coz佢要check有冇自願性供款... o個一刻, 死喇, 我究竟有幾多個mpf戶口呢? :) )

當然事先有同主任講, 而主任個回覆就係: 只要o個間唔係乜乜投資管理的mpf中介人, 就得喇.  佢解釋, 如果搵乜乜投資管理ge公司, 幫我託管呢筆$$, 咁我d債權人就會誤會我係將d$$做 (短線) 投資, 大家都知, 破產期內係唔可以做投機買賣ge, 所以佢提醒左: 與其第日又要解釋, 又要比債權人誤會, 不如自己小心d好~

我估大家可能已經知道呢d資料, 不過都post出黎, 比大家參考下~

你嘅 case 可以同銀行拒絕，因以私隱條例，他們不可能發放你資料給雇主，你可以向佢地提出要求。
我自己破產後唔夠一年就轉工，都冇呢個問題，而且都係開新 MPF account，亦可能每間 MPF 處理手法各有不同。

即係話"我明白破產人係MPF計劃既一份子,但破產人有可能在他破產期中得到利益於除法定供款之外之其他供款(即自願性供款),請問他/她有沒有於他/她的破產期中有這樣的申請?如有,請通知我以及不要在我沒有同意的情況下發放款項給破產人士"

這是很久前的主題，無意中發現。

為什麼我從沒有收過 "破署" 及 " 受託人" 的信，是關於自願性供款mpf，是不是"破署"做漏野 ?

我是2002年破，大家有多少人收過呢d信 ?

我收過,筆自願性供款比破署拎左黎還比債權人.

點解你唔先取呢筆錢，才搞老破 ? 是不是當時取錢要有附帶條件，例如 : 自願離職或被炒...

係我自己大頭蝦,連有筆自願性供款都唔知,因為當年公司轉左用強積金,之前D供款轉了自願性供款我都唔知.

不過算啦,數目不太大,就當還錢比債權人吧.
